Sales term and conditions
1. Company Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between:

Hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”
And any individual or legal entity wishing to benefit from the services offered, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.
2. Purpose
These T&Cs define the conditions under which Solya Dreams Events provides organization, production, and coordination services for private and corporate events.
3. Services Offered
The Service Provider notably offers:
Organization of private events (birthdays, weddings, christenings, etc.)
Organization of corporate events (seminars, product launches, corporate parties, etc.)
Event coordination
Event decoration and scenography
Sourcing of service providers (catering, venues, entertainment, etc.)
4. Quotations and Orders
All services are subject to a personalized quotation.
An order becomes final and binding upon:
Signature of the quotation
And/or payment of the requested deposit
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any order.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and specified in the quotation.
Unless otherwise stated:
A deposit ranging from 30% to 50% is required upon signature of the quotation
The remaining balance is payable before or on the day of the event
No refund shall be issued in the event of cancellation by the Client, except in exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cancellation and Modifications
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
In the event of cancellation:
The deposit paid shall remain the property of the Service Provider
Any costs already incurred (service providers, reservations, equipment, etc.) shall remain payable by the Client
Any modification to the services may result in a revision of the quotation.
7. Obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider undertakes to:
Implement all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of the services
Select quality service providers
Respect the expectations agreed upon with the Client
However, the Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means and not an obligation of results.
8. Obligations of the Client
The Client undertakes to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respect payment deadlines
Actively collaborate in the preparation of the event
Comply with the conditions imposed by the involved service providers
9. Liability
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:
Delays or unforeseen issues caused by external service providers
Weather conditions affecting outdoor events
Damage caused by third parties during the event
10. Intellectual Property
All elements created by Solya Dreams Events (concepts, visuals, decorations, creative ideas, etc.) remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Personal Data
Collected data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the execution of the services (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.).
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
